Exciting opportunity exists to take part in an Automotive Community in Spain
The Spanish Communities Team is launching an Ongoing Community for a major company in the Automotive sector. With the community, we will create an environment to address multiple qualitative, but also quantitative, research questions. To obtain detailed and actionable learnings about products, services, contracting processes, etc. To know what is influencing customers' decisions when choosing a vehicle and to increase customer engagement.
We would conduct research about materials, colors, technology, equipment and accessories, Online services, UX, web platforms, apps, After-sales service, workshop experience, customer loyalty, etc.
The Research Executive would be responsible for the design and monitoring of research projects and the analytical interpretation of research results. They would take responsibility for their own time and work and have the knowledge and experience to complete several research tasks with supervision from the Senior Manager. Their role in research decision making is incremental and they provide useful input into study, material and presentation design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the entire Community research process from start to finish together with the Senior Manager.
- Timing, briefs (project and interviewer / moderator), moderating (in the qualitative team), desk research, screener design, questionnaire / discussion guide design, sampling, analysis plans, tab specs, data processing, report design / templates, data analysis and insights and presentations.
- Responsible for overall quality control and all quality control documentation
- Ensures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager
- Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage
- Develops basic Solutions knowledge
- Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available
- Integrates reports from other studies to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the Automotive Spanish market
- Assists with research design for entire project
Requisitos mínimos
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualitative researcher in a Market Research company. Experience in quantitative methodologies and analysis is and advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience and understanding of the research process in order to coordinate a research project from start to finish
- Understanding of basic methodologies and techniques to provide input into research design
- Proactive with high energy levels
- Knowledge in automotive is a plus
Additional requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written Spanish and English speaker. German is a plus
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent computing skills especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive with high energy levels, with a good sense of humor and attitude.
- Interest in automotive is a plus.
